FLOWER & THE BEE RIBEIRO 2019 € 11.00

The entry-level white The Flower And The Bee Treixadura is the most approachable of the whites from Gomariz, pure Treixadura produced in a fresh and floral way, kept with lees until the spring and bottled on flower days (in the biodynamic calendar). It has good volume balanced with enough freshness, it has concentration and clout and it's a serious Treixadura.
COTO DE GOMARIZ RIBEIRO 2018 € 13.50
RobertParker.com: 92+/100. The eponymous white 2018 Coto de Gomariz has the moss and river stones character that to me is the giveaway of a white Ribeiro. It's a classical blend of 70% Treixadura and the rest Godello, Albariño and Loureira. Twenty percent of the volume spent 10 months in used 500- and 600-liter oak barrels, but the difference here is the natural energy and concentration of the wine; it's a lot more powerful than many of the high-yielding whites from the zone. It's characterful and has power and balance, keeping the freshness and focus.
GOMARIZ X ALBARIÑO RIBEIRO 2018 € 14.99
RobertParker.com: 93/100. X is for "xisto," the Galician spelling of schist, the dominant soil in the vineyards used for the 2018 X, a rare bottling, as it's mostly Albariño (it has some 5% Treixadura). It has an expressive nose that goes beyond the pure varietal expression, and the palate reveals great elegance, intense and powerful, with developed flavors. They like ripe and flavorful fruit here but not over-ripeness. This comes from vines planted in 2001, and the wine is produced in a traditional way, bottled unoaked after time in contact with the lees.
GOMARIZ 12 DULCE 2019 (ZOET) € 13.50
RobertParker.com: 90/100. The sweet white 2019 Gomariz 12 is produced with Treixadura grapes and has a lot more of everything, starting with nuance and flavors and followed by alcohol, acidity and even residual sugar. I guess the grapes were picked riper (2019 was a better overall vintage than 2018), and the result is a livelier wine, integrated and fresh, clean and expressive. A notable improvement. The parameters resemble a German Riesling: 8.9% alcohol, pH of 3.09, nine grams of acidity (tartaric) and 90 grams of sugar.
XL SEBIO O CON ALBARIÑO RIAX BAIXAS 2018 € 22.00
RobertParker.com: 93/100. The 2018 O Con is a super tasty Albariño from the zone of Aios in Sanxenxo in the heart of the Salnés in Rías Baixas. What's unusual here is that it comes from schist soils, when the majority of the zone is granite. The grapes are picked ripe, and the wine started fermenting in stainless steel and finished in 500- and 700-liter barriques, where it matured for 10 months. It's ripe and powerful, with polished acidity and with the saline twist from the zone. The palate combines concentration with elegance.

XL SEBIO SALVAXE BLANCO 2018 € 28.00
RobertParker.com: 93/100. The 2018 Salvaxe is now sold without appellation of origin, even if it's the same as previous vintages, a blend of local grapes from old vines in the Gomariz zone that finished fermenting in new and used 500-liter oak barrels, where it matured for 10 months, but didn't go through malolactic, which seems to be the way to keep the freshness when going with fully ripe grapes. This process delivers wines with a generous body and alcohol, a round and lush mouthfeel and some austerity and freshness to keep the balance. This should develop nicely in bottle. There were 2,818 bottles produced, and it was bottled in September 2019. I tasted 2017 and 2015 next to it, and the wines are evolving at a slow pace, gaining aromatic complexity and polishing the palate, getting rid of the baby fat. I think they hit the sweet spot some five years after the harvest.
