"The 2022 Élixir was produced with Moscatel de Chipiona on sandy soils from the El Camino plot in Pago Abulagar in Chipiona, which in the past had been blended with Palomino, but since the low-yielding 2019, they used 100% Moscatel and have continued like that. It fermented and matured in French oak barrels with full lees for 14 months. This is the wine that is completely different from the others because of the aromatic variety that here gives it a peachy and floral profile, with some Muscat pulp notes. It has a bright and slightly cloudy color and a medium-bodied palate, round and velvety, with a finish dominated by notes of orange blossom and a faint bitter twist. It has 13% alcohol and a pH of 3.6 with 5.5 grams of acidity. 1,500 bottles were filled in July 2023."
